Smart Cities in LATAM most important public policies event

Today starts the XXIII edition of CLAD (www.clad.org) in Guadalajara city, the most critical event in Public Policies at Latin American countries (including participation of Spain and Portugal). This year, hosted by the University of Guadalajara and focused in the United Nations sustainability goals for 2030. Also, first time with two panels discussing the Smart Cities and the related public policies in LATAM.
